With an enviable reputation and big expansion plans for the future, The OHH Pub Company needed to reposition their five West Country boutique hotels and eateries under a cohesive group banner - to consolidate their strengths, professionalise their perception and create a solid base for the future. Personality and quality were paramount messages, along with a website that was easy to use and included the functionality required to optimise engagement.

The new “group” website needed to inspire and imagery and structure combine to convey the company’s most attractive selling points alongside more general motivation that reinforces OHH pubs as the places to go to eat, drink, sleep and generally treat yourself. Easily viewable and usable on all devices, the site seamlessly integrates with online booking, loyalty scheme and gift voucher systems to provide a feature-packed and interactive experience.
The leap from successful but small independent to big-hitting group concern is a big one - values, personality and offerings need to pervade all levels of the public-facing and behind-the-scenes business to elevate customer and staff buy-in. We created a range of diverse brand assets that strongly convey the company’s quality, encourage repeat customer engagement and place OHH firmly in line with regional and national level competitors.
